An item-specific case Keen Kutter used to promote their world famous pocket knives. Obviously the knives aren't original (maybe one of them is, i'm not sure though.) This looks great with those knives inside! I would put this under pocket knives as well, but can only put two categories for one item.

It's likely your post will be moved out of furniture and into knives. This is neither a shelf nor a book case. Of course, I didn't even know we had a section for that.
I used to own several of these type of knife cases a few years ago. They are very much in demand by collectors!
