I bought this bangle from someone who sold it to me as "silver plate", so $6.90. I had it tested and it is definitely silver. I'm a bit puzzled about the "stone", which looks to have been molded. Lucite. maybe? Maybe not..... I'm also puzzled about the marks. One is a shooting star. Another looks like "VID". Don't know yet what the mark on the left represents.
Have fun with it.
UPDATE: Have marked it as "Solved" thanks to Tube Amp.
Thanks for looking.
Bonnie
The shooting star means 750/1000 silver. It's Spanish, the first stamp is the assay office in Baleares (the PM inside the hexagon signifies that) hope that helps track down the maker.

THANK YOU, T A! This is my first piece of Spanish silver and I had no clue where to look for info. What I did manage to Google resulted in zero info.
Isn't CW great! :^D Good find Bonnie! :^)
You're very welcome!
Happy to help,

That was cool TA and on it quick too! I love it when you pop in! Bonnie, when I realized it was a shooting star while viewing the pic, I thought how cool is that...a shooting star. I don't think I've ever seen that before, at least I don't remember it anyway. Then I was thinking while looking at the other marks...ugh! Good luck and that's what I was going to write to you and lucky for you TA popped in. Awesome! It's really pretty!
TA wins the day! Along with him, I hope it helps you solve your mystery. :)
shareurpassion - I have never seen that used as a mark on silver, either. No info on the Baleares assay office that I could find anywhere. Baleares is there there, however.
