Think old, glassy glaze, dark blue under, hand painted over, probably Japanese. Red head cranes and pine tree, good omens.
for sure it is japanese , but how old 19 CT ?
i found this type of scene and the type of garlands on Trocadero com , but forgot to save it , but i still remember it was made around 1870 and japanese
