A beautiful brooch by JJ, picked up for 50 cents at a local Habitat shop this afternoon. Looked in the local Goodwill - extremely disappointing junky jewelry in the display counter. All the jewelry is shipped to the main office and sorted and the crap is sent back to the store. Bah....

The local Goodwill is total sh*t in regard to the jewelry. Really makes me mad. I have not been there in more than a week and am not likely to go back! I will be very glad to get back to my home in The Netherlands and the thrift shops/flea markets!

@antiquerose, I was in Pennsylvania for a month visiting my family. I got back home on Tuesday afternoon. TODAY I went rummaging at a great flea market and a local thrift shop! I found some great stuff for a little bit of money. YAY!!
