Break out your multi-wrenches it is time for another round. This one is a Liquid LQ 913 wrench. If I counted correctly it has 9 different sizes including the center piece. It is about 9" long. There are a few for sale on the net but no information on the background.
These tended to be used on farms for use on tractors and other farm equipment. Bought this one in Flagstaff, AZ and saw another at the Rose Bowl today.
There is a product called Liquid Wrench which is a liquid and not a wrench which takes up a lot of the search results.
Thank you very much Oroyoroy.

Thank you blunderbuss2.
Thank you SEAN68.
I call it a bottle wrench. I have 2 of them. Used them over the years putting gauges on gas bottles Oxy, Carbon dioxide, burning and welding gases." Nitrous Oxide for my whipped cream". Different gauges use other sizes so one wrench fits most all including burning torch connections. I have a few Farm wrenches will put up soon.

Stuff
Thank you very much stuff and Antiquer1. Excellent information. Glad you enjoy seeing my stuff.
'Stuff is absolutely correct with this one, it's for compressed-gas cylinders. (welding tanks, etc.) I have a coffee cup with the same "Liquid" logo on it including the word 'carbonic' -- a reference to CO2 systems in foodservice uses.
Thank you very much AO. Haven't seen Stuff for a while.
