Imprinted on the underside of the bank: I HRIET SELLING SERVICE CO / COLUMBUS, O USA / MF'D BY / THE DL AULD CO / COLUMBUS, O / PAT'D. APR. 23, 1918 / US. & CAN. (Slashes denote different lines of the verbiage). It appears to be made of coated steel.

Brunswick "Ultona" Phonographs would have come in a mahogany cabinet, made in Dubuque, Iowa. circa 1920. The Brunswick "Ultona" phonograph sound reproducer was capable of playing Edison Disc Records, Pathe disc records as well as standard lateral 78's.

Not sure if the Brunswick Company or a vendor would have commissioned the making of the banks; I can't really find any information on the banks or much on the companies that were involved in their production/distribution besides DL Auld which has apparently been around for 135+ years.

Very cool. Brunswick was also one of the companies Edison used to make his Edison Disc phonograph cabinets.

Thanks Phonoboy! Yes he did, I don't have any Brunswick cabinets; but I do have some other disc/cylinder cabinets.
