Unique looking knife - possibly handmade? I think it might have come from China. If anyone knows anything more about something like this, I'd appreciate your comments.

I had some years ago a traveller set made ??in silver with the same gems. The knife was accompanied by two chinese sticks that were kept in two holes that were in the sheat
It was made in Manchuria.
