I purchased this vase, loving its uniqueness! I am stumped on where, when, who? Its very heavy at about 8 lbs. Its 10 1/2 " tall by 8" width on top. Base is 5" diameter. I have seen some base like this on 50-60' S Murano vases. All these measurements are approximate as its hand made. The artistry is all encased in clear glass. Any helpers out there would be appreciated! Thank you for taking the time to help!

Thank you. You are correct. It's not a Murano. It's maybe Russian?.
