This is a chest in which I came across in an abandoned storage unit; along with a few other antique items. However, my knowledge on this piece is to an infinitesimal degree; to say the least.

Nice find!! It's a flat top packing trunk from the late 1800's to early 1900. Looks to be in pretty nice condition still.
This has the inserts which is a big plus. I wouldn't count on getting big money for it. Sadly antiques usually don't go for big money.
