Hi this beautiful Coca Cola Tiffany Shade was brought to by my husband who found in the dumpester where he works as a Superindentent. I couldnt believe it! I was happy he called and said I have a big surprise 4 u, the best find ever. Would like to know more about it, if anyone knows who painted it, or what site i may see it on. thanks everyone. Would appreciate any info.
I have been a COKE collector for a while now. By looking at it it is CIRCA meaning it is around 1910. I would estimate this to go in an auction at about $400.00 minumum or whatever someone is willing to pay. I haven't dealt alot with lamps and i am sure this is NOT a reproduction but then again I could not tell unless I physically could see it!
Thank you Ashton, I appreciate ur comment so quickly and ur information is alot help, didnt know anything before this. Thanks again
Sorry, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Ashton is wrong.
This is modern and not from THE Tiffany.
You can look at the lettering of the "C" in Coca and see that it is NOT true stained glass. Anything of quality would be made of different colors of glass that were soldered together. Around the "C" you can see the edge of the letter where it is just painted on the glass and where the fake solder has flaked off.
I'd put a value of less than $25 on it since it is damaged and modern.

I agree. I have looked at this many times, and in my opinion only, since i know nothing of any of it, this looks very shoddy and unprofessional- NO OFFENSE INTENDED TO ANYONE- I just thought it looked like someone decided to paint coca cola on an otherwise nice shade? :0
thanks, quys, scotty/hottie, i appreciate any info on, and tk no offense taken, i thought the sign was hand painted, but its still a beautiful find, like i said anything with coca cola on it is GREAT and i love it. thanks
I collected Coca-Cola as a teen in the 1970s, these were common then. Again, no offense but I thought they were cheesy and amateurish then, kind of charming folk art now but not for me. The lettering is hand-drawn on freehand with liquid metal in a tube (fake solder), then painted in like a craft project, but I'm sure these were mass produced. $25 sounds about right.
hi PostRetro, tk u also, i thought it was hand painted, i still love it . thanks
Wow Ashton, you mustve been a coke collecter for 25 seconds cause even I can tell this is fake. This is worth 10 bucks MAX, made in the 70's-80's period of coke reproductions.
Plus adding the condition too... But still, it is vintage, and it was free. I say, put it on your shelf with pride.
Hi cocacolakid97, thank u also, vintage has a nice ring to it, i like that, and yes I do display it with Pride! tks every1
I love it!! I remember when they were sold for dens and playrooms.
I don't think any of us would say no to it, given the chance to pick it out of a dump...lol
If so, tell me and I will go get it!!! lol
Great hubby, Cookiebaby!!!!
