Old Hendries Ice Cream sign

Hendries ice cream was located in Lower Mills Dorchester Mass. On the Neponset river across from Baker's chocolate factory. They went out of business early 70s after a fire there. I grew up near there. Baker's chocolate left there long before that!!! They turned the factory building into Condo's . When I was young on a good day you could still smell the Chocolate!! Even though it was closed for year's. We would smelt fish on the river. Great memories!!!
