old COCKBURN'S PORT wooden crate

Here's another random example from the 'old wood box' collection that otherwise was handy [read: needing moved outta the way anyway] while I was taking pics of other stuff today. :-)

Measuring about 11-1/2" x 16-1/2" x 9", it seems kinda obvious that it once held a case of "COCKBURN'S PORT", a product of Portugal apparently made in 1963.

I've had it sitting around someplace for years now, but don't honestly remember where/when I first got it -- nor do I particularly know anything at all about port wine. STILL, a fun old box...?? ;-) :-)
