This photo album was given to a resident of Pensacola Florida in 1963 by two members of the Blue Angels flight team. There are twelve 8x10 black and white press photos of flight teams circa 1962-63, and the Blue Angels flying in formation. Unfortunately one of the presenters, Lt. Neale who is in two of the photos, was killed the following year when he had to eject from his plane during a practice run. He was flying too low when he ejected and his chute failed to open fully. This album was found at a Florida garage sale.

"A FLORIDA GARAGE SALE?" That serves me right for not moving to Florida when I had the chances ! A beautiful memento of the 1960s Navy. Treasure that.
