The second pic shows a great profile !~
Ah king of the pride lands! He's a lovely lemony gold colour- you see a lot of these stone lions in pairs outside the front of lots of official buildings in England (and Ireland!) like foo dogs guarding the entrance. I really think this lions' pose matches these- sitting there, looking relaxed but yet ready to leap up at one moment! :)
Agree with Lauren, I too like the lemony gold color. Very nice! Jenni, do you have a certain spot where you display all your animals together or in various areas. Always like to see how others display collections :)
Hey Jenni, this is very nice, but kind of hard to see any detail, but I don't know how I could have made it look better! :^D Thanks so much for Posting! :^)
Thanks to all for the love

Thanks Phil you are right, the second pic in profile is very cool, and I am totally thrilled you enjoyed this lion
Love those big cats too Eileen and really grateful for your fabulous praise, this lion came in lots of colors but I thought the yellow closest to the fur!
Lauren wonderful description and observ, this does resemble those majestic Sphinx-like beasts guarding buildings in London and elsewhere, and yes he seems to be at rest yet perhaps about to spring! My Leo friend, thank you as always for the superb comment, more glass lions ahead esp at Leo time
Thanks and great question MrsT, I do have my glass animals in a display case and some on shelves because I have SO MANY, but my case is simple and nowhere near as lovely as some other collectors (Lamplover comes to mind, drop dead gorgeous mirrored case), I need to get a nice new one then perhaps do a collections post in future of it, we are moving by summer so hope to have something neat in our new digs
Bill thank you for the great comment and you are 100% on target, only the first two pics of the lion are really defined, it was a late day photo shoot and I was in a hurry when usually I'll retake pix at different times or add a lamp so you can make out the features, apologies my friend I do appreciate the honesty as I think all glass pieces deserve the best angles :)
Thank you Pascale and hunterq for the love, it is totally appreciated and really happy you enjoyed this glass lion
