When I first joined CW some years ago, I remember seeing both vases or pitchers/jugs like these wrapped in woven metal threading and I was fascinated by them. The obvious conclusion that many sellers make is that they are Loetz, but I believe they may be by Harrach and I refer to a post by kairomalte posted some 6 years ago:

I do not know, if anyone has ever concluded positively on a maker for these tango sets.
Neat set bought for just £20. Pitcher or Carafe stands just 17cm (6.7")
Update: Larksel was very kind and sent me the picture he referenced in his comment regarding the Loetz Tango display at the Passau. I have included it as Pic 4.
I particularly love the the small cups.
Love the metalwork too. The form of the stopper is interesting.
Wonderful. Congratulations. In Passau Glasmuseum, the same set (without stopper) is classified as Loetz. (I can send a photo)
That's really interesting Larksel - Yes please send a pic philmacaulay@mac.com
I too have the pitcher, same stopper, but no metalwork. I would also be interested in seeing your picture, if it's no trouble.

I like the added display in image four..... a pure delight!
Thanks to Peggy, Kevin and to Ales for comments and info.
I've since cleaned the metalwork to reflect the Passau piece, looks so much nicer after a polish!
Awesome!
