      Great lighter! Something I always have to mention to lighter collectors, as I once was, I only have a few left but take out the flint! I would think Zippo would have that on their site, but so far have never seen it there. Leaving the flints in is a sure way to destroy your collection. That's what makes them "fat'. It starts to corrode and expands the lighters.

      All I make out on this with your picture is TEHG CO the one letter missing looks like a W but cat tell by the angle of the picture ... try another picture...

      This style of lighter is called a trench lighter, not to be confused with a trench art lighter.

      They were very popular and made by many companies.

      I'm trying to identify a manufacturer or a time frame. I can't find anything with these markings. Maybe IMCO or Bower.

      Hey my wife is a QCA manger and has all kinds of ways to see things the eye can ...lol so I sent her the picture and she came back with ,...Tehueco,,, which there is a place in mexico with people called Tehueco Native Americans,..So could it be made in mexico or Spain .....lol just another lead and guess...good luck

      Thanks Roy.. makes sense with what looks like a Firebird or an Eagle. I'll do some further checking.
