    I picked this up on ebay and it arrived the other day. it reminds me of some 18th c plates i have. Do you think it's 18th? or 19th? or 20th c?

      this has been confirmed as an 18th century - pre-Peranakan plate - made in China for the Thai market. it's a really good piece.

      i think this is Pre Bencharong Thai Qing made around 1780. see the brown rim and the dense enemaling , nice, this pieces get a very narrow time span
