The lustred clear glass overlay is a little different to the tango pieces i saw....
But the shape fits, therefor I believe it is a loetz?
The look of the green part with clear overlay reminds me of ausf. 129
But i don't know if there is a name for this, or is this a regular tango piece?
A similar shaped loetz can be seen here:

I like these pieces but I believe it is not Loetz - the feet are done with the same technique but probably enameled black. The green is outer vases and flashed with an acid to achieve the iridescence. Loetz did grind some rims but very rarely in Tango. That said it’s a beauty of a piece and very desirable in my opinion. I'm not even close to knowing much at all about glass except that I know I love all the tango glass pieces I've seen. This one is a bit different in color, but I still love it!
Dear Kralik1928

I know it’s relatives for sure (grouping) so don’t let not knowing stop your collecting- you can get 20 shapes in this tango in 7 colors and one day there will be a page from a manufacturers catalogue and bingo you can take your great collection and it will have a name attached to it and go up in value instantly
