    Starting off with the postcard. It is a patrol of boy scouts from the late 1970s. I believe that is the shirt used just before they switched to the tan shirt. Note there are no neckerchiefs. Those became optional around 1980. A bit of propaganda for the new look.
    Next is a book with a copyright date of 1921. The story is set in WWI. Got it along with a pair of boy scout manuals. Probably will not get around to reading it. Not quite up there with Luis L'Amour.

      I picked up a 1918 - 1919 book ,ruff shape ..but better then going in the trash ..smiling . nice card and book...later
