This is a 10" figure, I believe the series started about 1973. Mattel started the 10" figure line as they were cheaper to produce than the 12" figures like GI Joe.
This was a really great series with six figures not counting the really rare ones. Plus there were horses, various outfits with accessories, teepee, wagon, a town and probably more. The figure featured here is Red Sleeves who is a noble foe of the Lone Ranger. As can be seen comes with a nice outfit, comes with nice details like the beaded belt.
The figure usually came with the knife and rifle although some other versions came with bow and arrows also. Mine has a tomahawk just because.
Got plenty more of this series left to post so do not panic! There is more to come.
Wonderful Apache figure, his garb is so authentic & love that beaded belt & necklace
