AnythingOb I found the time clock been in the attic for over 30 years. I got it at a walkaround auction. I was going to use it in our ice cream shop back then!!! I plugged it in then and it seemed to lose time so up to the attic it went. The help has been writing in the time on their cards ever since! Honor System!!!! Your post had me look at it again. Plugged it in time stamp works but it looked like it was still wasn't keeping the right time? Then I noticed when it clicked sometimes the minute hand wobbled? I tightened the screw now it seems to work fine!!! 30 years in the attic for a loose screw!!!! Ink ribbon is dry but I found one online so I'll update after I get the ribbon. It's a 10000E model Disccontinued but I can download a manual.
