Some creepy crawlies for Halloween horror. These are actual beetles incased in resin. Both are not the largest examples of these.
Up first at about 4" long in a rhinoceros beetle. It uses its horn like appendage to pry open the windows in peoples homes . Use of deadbolts for the windows is recommended. There is a top and bottom view.
Next is a smallish stag beetle at only 3". It will use its mandibles to slice through door hinges, window screens, car door posts and so on. After that it slices off some body parts for its brood.
Neither of these are as scary as potato bugs.

Thank you very much keramikos. Not sure how that works but I think they have to be dead before going into the resin. That way they can be posed.
Sounds like something that would get picked up on I 40. Especially along the part that was route 66.
