This is a nice etched or molded plaster figure that was done nicely. It actually has some remnants of documentation on the back that it hard to read.
I see at the base that it does say something about a museum. The man that bought it probably bought it as a souvenir at a museum.
I found this information about the bird on her head;
"The Great Royal Wife (Queen) usually wore the vulture crown. The Royal Vulture Crown offers protection from the goddess Nekhbet."
I have a decorator box I bought several years ago at a furniture store that has this same image on the lid.
