This is one of the newest additions to my collection, I have never come across anything remotely like it design wise in Murano in all my years of shows and auctions.
It measures at 5 " tall and 6 and 1/2" wide bowl .The color fading in the glass is spectacular, going from sea blue, to green to yellow into the applied amber base, natural bubbles in the applied handles referred to as "Snails" mixed with the gold flakes.Hand cut edge grooves for the cigarette rest,It still has the original worn murano label.Normal age base wear, Pristine condition no chips or flea bites.
Piece is attributed to Flavio Poli circa 1953 and fairly uncommon in design.
