    Last one of these for now.

    Part of the NVA technical service, the KFZ Dienst were responsible for maintaining the army's fleet of tanks and motor vehicles. This pennant was awarded for excellent service in respect to safety and was signed by all the members of the unit.

      This is quite the educational series of posts. Was this East Germany? Didn't think East Germany was \all that concerned about safety.
