I got this Boy Scouts Of America 1943 "The Wolf Cubbook" "part 1, Wolf Rank" at the Flea Market on Sunday 12/15/2019. It's not in the greatest condition but a cool book! :^D Inside it says "This edition is produced in full compliance with the Government's regulations for conserving paper and other essential materials." Reminding of the WWII time that it was printed in! It has Uniform Regulation illustrations, and other information that a Wolf Cub will need, in more of a Pamphlet, than Book form. This is part 1, I guess to conserve on the materials, that a Complete Book would use, if a Scout chose not to continue, through Wolf Rank. The Wolf Cubbook is 122 pages and is 7" x 4 3/4", and is smaller than a normal Scout Book.
I added the Tooled Leather Wolf artwork, by R.J. Clark '78, in the 4th photo for fun! :^D
Thank you for looking, and all comments are welcome! :^)
The 1943 date puts this right at the end of Cubs BSA before it transitioned to Cub Scouts
