Got the camper out in hopes of going camping one of these days. This is a shasta airflyte. It is a 2015 I belive and they made 1941 of them off of the old 1961 floor plan. It is dirty and I apologize. They made 3 colors, red, yellow and sea foam green.
Classic color.
Very nice ,, Great, color
Oh yes the Shasta Airflyte. That is one of the most classic of classic trailers even if it is the newer version.
Please note I did go on a road trip and went to Sonic.
fortapache…..if the campgrounds don't open then I see a road trip across the good ole USA! Sonic would be the campground. I would have to stop and get Ed Toyrebel,Stuff and some of the others:)
Thanks everyone that looked and loved!
It is just wonderful. Happy camping!
Thanks Elisabethan for looking and loving! Appreciate you!
I brought this back in light of Lisa's article that she wrote. Happy Monday!
Thanks Coke1234 for stopping by! I have a 2017 corvette z06 in Watkins Glen gray and a 2019 mustang bullitt in the green persuasion:)
Wow, getting nostalgic... when I was a kid we had a fireball camper that was similar to this. Brings back some memories.
Thanks ttomtucker and dav2no1 for looking and loving! She pulls good and folks ask us how long it took to restore:) They can't believe that it is a reproduction. Vintage look and style with modern conveniences:)
Gotta admit I've never really been into "camping" myself, but if I do ever catch the bug to do so, I'd want something like this (or a classic Airstream, much more cumbersome and complicated) to do so with. THANKS for showing it! :-) :-) :-)
Anything......You are AWESOME! When we go camping in it we put the black and white awning up that came with it and then colored lights draped around it. It is small but just right for 2 people. When the grand kids come it gets interesting.
Hey Watch.....Here you go.....
WoWzWoW,,,,,,,, how did I miss this post of yours ?
Cokeman, Thanks for showing the camper- it’s hard to believe it’s a reproduction!
We had a beautiful 5th wheel with lots of nice features until our tornado of 2011 put a large oak tree on top of it and the truck that pulled it.
There’s lots to be said for keeping things small and simple….I’ve told myself if I ever get another camper, it has to be small….yours looks ideal!
We love it and it is small and nimble enough to just hook up and go down the road to some spot and make lunch or have coffee and just relax. It pulls like a dream. 16 foot and about 2300 pounds. Ed..this could be the RLMU! Racoon Lodge Mobile Unit!
Here you go blindsquirel.....
Thank you for reposting this Cokeman1959! It's a beauty! If you hadn't mentioned it was a reproduction I would have thought you restored it. That's a great set up you have.
