    I found this fossile in the Sahara desert near the Algerian border in 1999, it became uncovered when one of the sand dunes shifted with strong winds, i beleieve it´s some kind of Octopuss or similar species.

      I think that it's a Quartz Crystal formation from Sahara desert, Egypt, not an Octopus Fossil. It sure is a cool looking Crystal though! :^)

      Thank you for the input Billreticoll, i had no idea about this formations, what puzzles me is the scale and the organic look of it, i will update more pictures in other angles so you can see what i mean, but you definetelly have a point :)
