Picked this up at the antique Mecca of Bakersfield. It is a rather large bovine bone know as a pelvis. I was going to put it in the backyard with the other cow bones but this already had a wire for wall mounting so I put it out on the deck where it can hang around with some skulls also on the wall. This seems to be a field find as it is a bit rough. Cattle do expire while wandering around the hills feeding.
I am going to guess it is from a steer as they seem a bit narrow. It is maybe 2 feet long. I can't measure it due to cat in lap.
Last photo shows most of my haul aside from the floor lamp which I will post eventually.
Got enough material for a couple weeks here. Lots of toys to play with.
