This is a small thin case the size of an old bank passbook, marked "Ihagee" which is a camera company. Inside is what looks like a
folded camera, as you pull the string to open it up, it pops open more as the last picture shows. There is a spring on it. It is hollow inside with this black cardboard like exterior and a glass or plastic circular lens at the end. I have looked everywhere and haven't seen this anywhere. Then, it folds right back up and goes inside. Again, I am at a loss on this one.

you don't know what it is??? Amazing!! I am new to this site and am very
impressed. Definitely will be posting, if I find something else around here!

You're very welcome Sandy, but you gave me the clue that I needed, that Ihagee, was the Name of a Camera Company, then mainly an image search from there! :^D
Bring um on there's a lot of friendly People on CW, that will help just to get the information! It's Fun, because we all like to learn about the things that we Collect! Stay Safe, and Well! :^)

I guess BB2 was right-it wasn't an underwater case:) So my next mystery will be in the art category. It will be posted soon and the question is who is the artist. The signature is on the painting. Keep your eyes out for it!
