Here we have a pair of vacuum tube tools. The small one with the button took me quite a while to figure out what it was. my father did Ham Radio and Electronics for as long as I was alive. So the other tool I easily identified.

DURO SPECIALTY - This is a vacuum tube pin straightener. Each side of the cylinder has a different pattern for different tubes.

AMO - This one had me puzzled for a while. There is a push button at the top and on the inside there is a rubber sleeve. you place this on top of the glass vacuum tube, and push the button. This creates a suction and you can pull the tube out of its socket. I imagine it could be used for installation as well, keeping your fingerprints off of the glass.
