Here's another recent acquisition, a screen print by Gary Houston honoring John Robert Lewis, who died on July 17, 2020. Dimensions are 21" wide by 19" tall. As you can see, the artist has renamed the Edmund Pettus Bridge, where Lewis and others were beat up by Alabama state troopers on March 7, 1965, for the late Georgia congressman.

Such a fine man, always speaking out for people who didn’t have a voice that would be heard, standing up for what was just and right, a very honorable man to the end.
