My aunt died and these beautiful glass birds were given to me. They look old and are quite heavy.

I would keep them..
Does that label read Made in Murano, Italy? These birds are vintage, perhaps 50s, and charming, a fair good value to them.
Yes it says Genuine Venetian Glass made in Murano Italy.. how would I find out more about these two pieces?
Nice ducks.
Google images - google Murano glass ducks, you are sure to find some similar, then follow the links.
i stay out of this i want everybody to be happy
What is your opinion, apostata?
this is an imitation of the seguso line design , but of a lesser quality , actually it was mainly used for export to USA like the far better products such as Pauly and Co and Luxardo
The import store S.S, Kresge imported this stuff by busloads, because it was not expensive, it even was sold at Wall Markt for a while
actually there is a discoloration of the sommerso , and the sommerso isnot dense
so let,s say it is cute, but not best , even the Seguso equivalent do peanuts maybe 150 dollars, this will do a fraction of it
i got a murano duck from my mother 0,75 cents , still got it , and that,s how it ought to be
Ok well that's all I really needed to hear I rather keep them thank you??
Some examples of other items, including the last photo which has a bird that looks very much like the bird in the post, which carry the same label:
