Grandmother's figurines

First off I'm sorry if these pictures posted sideways. New member. These were my grandma's and I know nothing about them. The house is stamped Made in Hong Kong. There is some damage (the two seated figures aren't actually connected but look like they were as well as some other breaks) and it looks like the figure in blue was seated on something that is missing. Any insight would be appreciated! Thank you!
