A friend retired and gifted these because he didn't want to transport them as he moved to Arizona. They have been sitting on my shelf for 6 years.
I am new to the site, and past posts were about parlor stoves. Can anyone tell me what they are, please. Genre? Collectability? Care?
The gifter had been in the Navy, and implied such magazines were a way to get by ship pornography rules.
The little research I was able to do on Shaft reflected that the University of Illinois student lampoon mag was edited and played out by pre-Playboy Hugh Heffner.
Any help appreciated!
