Very sweet Murano elephant! You have a lovely zoo collection!

So cute! The pose is so playful but in the thumbnail I thought he was a kind of a rodent standing up on his hindlimbs- that and the fact he's brown! :P
Very sweet pose- I can imagine him sitting in a shallow pool flicking water over his head!

MrsT thank you so much for the wonderful compliments I'm so glad you liked my latest elephant addition to my zoo! Yes he is taking his place among his other 'friends' in my newest cabinet, it's already crowded so I'm glad he's in standing up pose :)

Lol Lauren he is rather 'rodent brown,' I just love his happy face and think he looks rather like a baby dumbo, so it's a great image of him playing in a pool, thank you for that & all your fab compliments :)

Thanks Scott for your super compliment, I was lucky to nab this cutie in time - when you see an unusual pose, you can be sure there are many other 'watchers' so I was lucky. It is great when the glassmaker gives the animal some personality that's a winner in my book

Ha apostata, thanks for your really great and fun comments, I am happy to share my glass animals with you here so it's almost like having them yourself! I am very glad you like my latest Murano by Nason friend, I have an upcoming post I will need your expertise on, glass birds from the 70s that could be Murano or styled like Murano, they are pretty but unlabeled so you will have to help me with your opinion, thanks in advance

I'm an elephant lover myself Karen and couldn't resist this little fella sitting on his hind legs, a very circus-like pose, always have the fondest memories of the circus. Special thanks for your sweet praise & love here, Nason does it again with his very stylish animals (more subdued and less far out than some Murano)
