I can't determine the artist name.
It is sign and dedicated to Miss Dannah?
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thank you

I think it is "for Miss Darrah". Signature looks like "Lewis C S?", maybe Sinclair?

Might be handwritten des, APOSTATA. Not correct of Corbeille either.

the expression is corbeille de fleur , you are the French expert i believe you, i thought it was a visit card and the flowers were the present , but i am wrong because a part of the date is missing

The etching has the correct form of Une Corbeille de Fleurs, I think although the de is obscured by the lamp. The original ebay listing found it equally difficult. They had come up with Uneco on the shop signage and had also noted the sign of A DENT VINS. KWQD has suggested a name of Lewis C Sinclair and that must be pretty close - maybe Lewis G is a possibility too. This type of thing pricks my interest.
