    This is the stereoscope i found a couple weeks ago. I'm thinking there might be a missing part because the photo holder falls off everytime i point it slightly downwards. It took me a little while to understand why these things are a really cool way to look at photos. I swiveled around a bit and when the bright light hit the photos, it all came into focus and i was looking at a really well-done 3-d image!

      I see many like yours with no stop on the back. However, yours has 2 nails one on side rather than the slot. I think you could put a piece of chipboard behind it to shore it up.

      It is just friction that holds the adjustable slide holder in place. Looks like it has grooved the center board a little.

      May want to remove it and carefully bend the metal friction pieces to get contact again. Do it slowly methodically, so that you don't break them off.

      Your missing the wire card holder on the right side, it should look the same as on the left. They are fun, aren't they?
