Hello, and Welcome to CW. What You Appear to Have, is an old Filipino Bolo Fighting Knife . I own its twin brother Lookalike, and mine was made by the Negrito's People of the philippines in 60 years ago. They were, and some still are made, from old vehicle leaf springs, which i believe was a 4130 grade of steel. Yours appears to also have a buffalo Horn handle as mine does. They still make these today in the crude village blacksmith shops. GREAT KNIFE !
