    Hello,

My grandmother got this beautiful johnson brothers set as a wedding gift, was wondering if anyone has any information about it such as the period and the pattern?

Would you recommend using the website valuemystuff or are there better alternatives?

    Thank you !

      MarcoPT, Beautiful. :-)

I'm not sure it's exactly the same, but the pattern looks quite similar to this one:

      *snip*

      B10 (Gold)
      by Johnson Brothers

      Item#: 45714 Pattern Code: JB JB10
Description: Victorian, Gold Filigree, Cream Body
Pattern: JB10 (Gold) by Johnson Brothers
      Status: Discontinued.

      *snip*

This vendor seems to think it's of 1930s vintage:

      But this one thinks 1920s:

I don't know whether ValueMyStuff is better or worse than any other appraisal service. It's linked here at CW because they're both owned by Barnebys.
