I found this little brush pot yesterday. It has the remains of a wax seal on the base. I have some ideas about when it was made, but would like to know what you all think first. Thank you!

it,s always hard to read a partial jiang ding certification but i ran the usual stuff
      Suzhou
      Zhejiang
      Tianjing
      Beijing
      Shanghai

the point is the asterix is missing and the numeral is missing, so its not an quite important jian ding, and it narrows the time span, it must be quite new i think

the other problem the glazing is off, i think it,s at best mediocre

i always advise customers NEVER to buy chinese porcelain with Jiang Ding, because most of the time ,it,s an indication of low value

i am sorry you can,t win them all
