This candlestick measures 13 x 9.1 cm. I assume it is a product of the Welz glassworks. Ernst Steinwald made a decor that is similar in some way.

    Update December 26, 2020:
This is a product of the Ernst Steinwald & Co. glassworks. The last photo shows a candlestick of the same (or almost the same) shape with a decor clearly assigned to the ES&C glassworks. (Thanks Craig)

Ales, thanks for posting this. My own experience is that this is one of those glass powder decors, because your piece is small it is hard to say if there was a motif or decor, but the colors correspond to a Kralik floral design (or Steinwald) as well as a Ruckl elongated beehive decor. Any marks other than the label?

Here is an example of what I mean in large Ruckl vase, bowl and shade shape:

And another in the same Kralik shape as yours, as a set, also with the RAG labels.

As far as I am aware, this is not Welz production. Neither the décor or shape have been linked to Welz production.

Although not the same, it does bear a strong shape resemblance to this piece:

Craig, well, if it's not Welz, then I'm leaning towards Ernst Steinwald again. The candlestick you are referring to is, in my opinion, ES&C again. (I bought it a few years ago from Warren). Until recently, I was convinced it was Kralik. This CW post led me to be assigned to ES&C: https://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/172301-kralik-fan-vase-20th-century?in=441-activity#
