This is the last of the corvettes in this collection. This model is not exactly the most intricate model compared to others cars in the collection, as the real car of its likeness had gotten rid of a lot of features you would see on classic corvettes, like the use of chrome, and built up roof. This model has paint matching bumpers and a full - on fold down convertible instead of the removable panels seen on the 68’ model. I think to make up for the loss of details, franklin mint went above and beyond with the paint job on this car. It is truly immaculate. No case and no tag.
Early C4...probably the least desirable of all corvettes...worst dash for sure.
Yes. This car is important however, due to the fact that it was able to capture the style of a certain time period into the corvette. And with all the other ones I've uploaded it kind of gives you an overall view on how the corvette has changed and developed through major automotive style eras
