Or at least I *think* this'd be considered art deco styled??

One way or the other it is a nifty looking timer in a sturdy cast aluminum case measuring 5"h x 4"w x 2-3/4" at its base. The only marking is stamped onto the backside of its bell, reading "LUX CLOCK MFG. CO. WATERBURY, CONN. U. S. A."

I don't really know old it is...reminds me of something kinda 1940's somehow...?? OH - almost forgot to add - near as I can tell it still works perfectly, though I didn't put it up against a digital clock...?? ;-)

      Pretty little timer. Nice find.

Might be a little late but the timer is from 1947 - the date is "punched" on the back silver plate next to the screw.

I have exactly the same one, with the date on the back and it is correct, 1947 with small perforations next to the screw. I use it daily, it is perfect in terms of sound and timing. The only limitation I have had since I bought it is that it does not allow me to take times shorter than 5 minutes. Greetings
