Model 27 from 1903. That is a beautiful cabinet and the machine has great graphics. Sewing machines aren't worth a fortune so hold on to it.

Per the International Sewing Machine Collectors' Society's Singer serial number tables, serial number K991320 was one of a block of 50,000 serial numbers (962001 through 1012000) allotted by the central office to the Elizabethport factory June 20th, 1903, and all of those serial numbers were destined to be stamped into the beds of model 27 machines:

People who are used to looking at vintage Singers know that your machine belongs to the VS1, VS2, VS3, 27, 28, 127 and 128 family of vibrating shuttle machines, because of the tell-tale trapezoidal access panel, and the split slide plates:

Just for the heck of it, a circa 1934 documentary made at Singer's Kilbowie (Scotland) factory:

Starting at around the 14:17 mark, you can see the machine that stamps the serial numbers into the machine beds.
At around the 17:10 mark, you can see a worker is applying decals to a a vibrating shuttle machine in that family, because you can see the hole in the casting where the trapezoidal access panel will be installed.
