I don't know how to date these, but it has a snake-eye base, which i think gives an indication. Nice little drawing of mountainous islands on a tranquil bay. I'm sure it's Japanese.

i dont know this, an expert toltd this is EDO , but i completely disagree but i haven,t much knowledge this is not the recessed edo bullseye , the sliding is different, and i don,t think this is( early) edo blue
personally i think it is sansui design late mejji or later, ( i am just guessing!)
