In the UK Johnny West was called Johnty West. Jamie West is one of Johnny's son. This is the UK version of Jamie which has distinctive red hair. As an OCD collector it is important to have all the variations and this is probably the least common version of Jamie. I have Jamie with a standard brown haired Jamie West to show the difference. It is more a brownish red than a true red head.
Jamie may only be 9" tall but he wields a mean .45 Colt Peacemaker.
This is a big find for the OCD collector. Now to get UK Chief Cherokee and Fighting Eagle.
This is circa 1968. As another post script Jamie's body is slightly different color than the US counterpart and appears to be more durable.
US caramel colored figures did not age well and tend to be disintegrating.
He is so British.
