I know nothing about this. It is made out of some kind of wood. It is 14.5” tall the face is 6” across. Is it ceremonial. Where might it be from and how old does it appear to be. Thank you

Nice example of an Asante (Ashanti) Akua'ba. Still being made, age is very difficult to determine and without provenance has little yo do with $ value.
