This is the first time I've ever seen Zigzag Lines on a basket. However from Craig consulting his archives, I have learned that Zigzag Lines have been found one other different basket shape. Also that this basket shape has appeared in the Harlequin Honeycomb décor. So Zigzag Lines on this shape, at least, is new. Additionally this example of the Vertical Lines décor is more well defined than other examples I have.

So attractive. The decor on this basket entices me more than the darker version of lines, and is perfect for this pretty shape.
I do however love the darker one on that jug, a perfect marriage there too.

You are constantly finding new examples of Welz's shape and decor combinations, Peggy. I always appreciate how careful you are with your shape attributions, and am so glad you were able to add this basket to your collection!

Very nice, so I believe this decor comes in green, yellow, PINK, pale pink, red ... any other colors ?
Sorry I can't help. I've only seen pink. The common white spatter appears on yellow, pink, blue and green. So I wouldn't be surprised to see blue.
I'd be amazed/delighted to see another zig zag lines basket whatever the colour.
