      i have to guess here , because the spread is to wide
      it is a dai nippon zo combination , blue white willow pattern , probably meijji

      sorry i forgot it is transfer ware , actually transfer ware is underrated , because it was an art in it self , for instance the piecrust plates (igezara) with the brown rim lets say 1880-1910 are i think a lot of transfer ware
